Prayer Point
Pray for a spirit of excitement and unity as we build and grow.
The Lord is blessing Enon with numerical and spiritual growth during this season. We are about to embark on a construction project to make room for more people to experience the love of Jesus. In Ephesians 4, Paul exhorts the Ephesian church to actively maintain unity and love, even as the church continues to grow. Read the passage below. Then use the reflection and prayer prompts below to guide your prayers.
Ephesians 4:1–3
[1] I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, [2] with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, [3] eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. (ESV)

Reflect: What is the posture of your heart toward others in the church? Is there anyone you find difficult to “bear with in love”?
Pray: Ask God to help you walk in humility, gentleness, and patience toward others.
Reflect: Paul understood that true unity requires ongoing effort and intentionality. Is there a situation in which you should take a more active role in protecting unity?
Pray: Ask God to give Enon His heart for unity and peace. Pray that we would guard and maintain these gifts through truth and love.
